No Show / Same Day Cancellation Policy

ALL CLIENTS:  If at any time you are unable to make your appointment, please call to let us know. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way but cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or simply not showing is inconsiderate and takes up a time slot that someone else might have enjoyed. 

Upon booking your first appointment, you will receive a text message asking you to opt in for our appointment confirmations. Please reply with Y to opt in. This allows us to send you reminders about your appointment or reach out should there be any other issue with your appointment. 

  • Thereafter, you will receive a text message at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will need to confirm, Y (YES, I will be there), R (RESCHEDULE; we will call you to get you rescheduled) or X (CANCEL, this response will remove you from our appointment book [note that if it is less than 24 hours prior, this response will not be allowed].

  • NOTE: If you do not opt in for our text reminders, and you fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of 100% of all missed services.

NEW CLIENTS: Upon booking your first appointment, you will be asked for a valid credit card to hold your appointment.  Your card will NOT be charged; however, if you fail to show for or do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time you will be charged a non-refundable fee of 100% of your missed services. 

RETURNING CLIENTS: If you fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of 100% of all missed servicesIf you have more than 3 cancelled same day appointments in a 12-month period, you will be charged 100% of your missed services thereafter.

NOTE: If at any time, we are unable to charge the credit card on file due to an expired card or the charge is declined, your account will be RESTRICTED and you will no longer be allowed to schedule any future appointments, until the card has been updated and all previous fees have been paid. 

    FINALLY: We apologize if these rules seem strict, but a simple call or text response is all that is needed to avoid any additional fees. Also, this policy keeps us from having to raise service prices.
